Nothing Butt Cozy by The Dog House is a small, independently run business. Each item is handmade with care and created to order. Due to the bespoke and personalised nature of the products, I maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

1. Bespoke & Custom Orders
All bespoke and custom orders are made specifically to your individual requirements.
- Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
- All bespoke and custom orders are non-refundable.
- All bespoke and custom orders are non-returnable.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
Due to the personalised nature of these items, they cannot be resold.
Before confirming your order, please ensure you are completely satisfied with your:

- Size choice
- Design details
- Personalisation information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all details provided are accurate.
2. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Each item is individually handcrafted by me.
As a result:
- Minor differences between product sizes are normal, as all product sizes are approximate. Final measurements may vary slightly depending on:
- Yarn type and thickness
- Stitch pattern used

- No two handmade items will ever be identical, which makes every handmade piece unique.
These natural handmade characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

These variations are inherent in handmade production and do not qualify for return or refund.
